Discovery
We discuss your business, its customers, current problems, and the website functionality you need.
From first hello to handoff
You’ll know what happens next, what’s included, and how control of your finished website passes to you.
We discuss your business, its customers, current problems, and the website functionality you need.
You receive a written proposal covering the package and scope, included pages, required features, project cost, expected timeline, revision allowance, client responsibilities, and ownership terms. After approving the agreement, you pay a 50% deposit.
We collect the necessary business information, branding, and content, then design and develop the website within the agreed scope. You receive a preview link to see it taking shape.
You review the site and provide consolidated feedback. We complete the included revision rounds and correct defects against the agreed scope. Additional features require a separate written quote.
After final approval, the remaining 50% balance is due. Final transfer and production deployment begin after payment clears.
We help you establish control of your domain registrar account, hosting account, source files, and agreed project assets and documentation. Compatible standard projects use client-controlled GitHub and Netlify accounts; particular requirements may call for other platforms. We test the production website after connecting the domain.
Your handoff documentation covers hosting access, domain management, website file location, third-party subscriptions, basic update instructions, and contact information for future assistance. Maintenance is available, but never required.
Ownership & transparency
After full payment, you receive ownership of the agreed original custom deliverables, subject to your written service agreement. Third-party fonts, software, images, plugins, and licensed components remain subject to their existing licenses.
Your domain and hosting should be registered under accounts you control whenever practical. Site Hollow should not retain unnecessary exclusive control of your accounts. Ownership does not eliminate third-party renewal costs.
