This website describes Site Hollow’s web design services and provides a way to inquire about a project. An inquiry does not create a service agreement. Project work begins only under a separate written proposal and agreement.
Pricing and project scope
Displayed standard package prices are one-time project fees. Custom pricing starts at the stated amount and depends on the agreed requirements. The written agreement controls the included deliverables, timeline, revision allowance, client responsibilities, payment terms, and ownership terms. A 50% deposit is due before development, and the balance is due after final approval and before handoff. Changes outside the agreed scope require separate approval and pricing.
Third-party costs and optional support
Domains, hosting, email, licensed assets, and third-party subscriptions are separate when applicable and may have recurring charges. Site Hollow maintenance is optional. Third-party services operate under their own terms and licenses.
Ownership
Ownership of agreed original custom deliverables transfers after full payment, subject to the written service agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their existing licenses. Project ownership does not transfer ownership of third-party software or remove renewal costs.
Concept projects and outcomes
Portfolio items labeled as concepts are independent demonstrations, not representations of completed client work. No package guarantees search rankings, traffic, revenue, or sales.
